Payment Providers:

You can pay using your credit / debit card or PayPal and enjoy the benefits of the buyer protection! Please note, we never save your bank card details in our system. We also have the latest fraud detection technologies on hand to make sure both us and our clients are safe when shopping with us. PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.

Shipping Times

USA & Canada:

We aim to deliver all orders within 24-48 hours in the U.S. and Canada. In some cases it may take slightly longer. We use only the most reputable couriers out there so usually your order will be delivered by Fedex or UPS courier.

Europe:

We also have a warehouse in London, United Kingdom. Therefore, orders in the United Kingdom are usually delivered within 1 working day.

Orders in Continental Europe are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.

Rest of World:

Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 days. It may take slightly longer (up to 7-10 working days) for orders to be delivered to Australia and New Zealand.

 

Please inspect the goods, delivered by a courier, before signing. In case something is damaged, please do not accept delivery or sign to say damaged, otherwise the carrier will not accept liability for damaged goods.

Taxes

USA 

There are no taxes for heaters and heater parts for orders shipped to the United States.

Europe

20% VAT is applicable for orders in the European Union and United Kingdom. If you are a VAT registered business in the European Union - please contact us before placing your order.

Rest of World

Please check with your local Customs Authorities to see if there are any import taxes for imported items in your Country. We cannot be responsible for any import taxes that may be applicable in your country, so please check the duties information before placing an order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Returns shipping charges are covered by the buyer. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible. We strongly advise you to use tracked shipping service. 

All returns must be received within 14 days from the returns notice.

Any products returned must be brand new / unopened / unused & include the original packing and documentation. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days from the day we receive returned item. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then send you a returns confirmation. No good will be accepted without returns confirmation.

Please note, electrical items as Electronic Control Units cannot be returned unless they are in a sealed packaging. Please note, not all items are in a sealed packaging as supplied by the manufacturer - such items cannot be returned.

VAT

20% VAT is applicable for all purchases in the European Union. There are no Customs Duties for items shipped in the European Union.

If you are a VAT registered European Union company, you can order goods without the VAT where applicable. This is subject to company and VAT registration checks. 

Other Terms & Conditions

All parts are warranted against manufacturing defects. Warranty will not cover labor charges, failure of related components, failure due to incorrect installation or misuse, nor will liability exceed the cost of the original component or other components that have been damaged.

All warranty claims should by accompanied by written statement and warranty card if available. 

We reserve a right to cancel an order due to incorrect pricing, shortage of stock or any other reason which prevent us from delivering the ordered goods to a customer.
